Throughout my professional journey in civil engineering, I have observed a critical gap in our ecosystem: structures are often evaluated reactively rather than scientifically anticipated. Durability is assumed. Performance is inferred. Risk is underestimated. I founded Testoraa Labs to redefine that approach.
