Residential Building NDT & Structural Condition Assessment

Structural condition assessment and NDT of an under-construction residential building at Kaligraharam, near Hosur. The scope included visual inspection, Rebound Hammer Testing and UPV testing of selected columns, beams and roof/slab portions. Site observations included porous concrete at sloped-roof areas, localized honeycombing, irregular RCC surfaces and apparent alignment/plumb concerns. The assessment included engineering interpretation and recommendations for repair, dimensional verification and selective confirmatory testing before further construction.
